1. Who can use Free Play
You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add. Children may not hold accounts. One account per adult.
2. What we are — and aren't
Free Play provides software for sharing open times and sending requests. We are not a childcare provider, babysitting service or agency, and we do not employ, vet, endorse or supervise any user. Verification of phone and email confirms only that those details work — it is not a background check.
3. Your responsibility for safety
You are solely responsible for deciding whether a playdate is appropriate, for the safety and supervision of your children and anyone in your care, and for any location you host. Use your own judgment every time.
4. No liability for harm
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free Play and its team are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage or harm of any kind to any person or property arising from playdates, meetings or interactions arranged through or related to the app.
5. Content and conduct
Keep your information accurate. Don't harass, impersonate, spam, or share other families' information. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Safety Pledge. You can block or report anyone from their profile.
6. Changes and contact
We'll notify you in the app before material changes take effect. Questions: support@freeplaykids.com
